Tim made a new deck (two level with an opening off the MBR). The craftsmanship was first rate. Of equal importance for us was his openness and availability to discuss the plan and process as we went along. We were able to modify the original plan with suggestions (his and ours) which resulted in a final product which exceeded expectations. The whole house lives better than we expected. We couldn t be more pleased.
