I brought in a 2022 Toyota Camry SE AWD with 31,000 miles for a deer hit. I was told it would be a two week job. There was zero Communication from the shop that the car would take longer than expected UNTIL the car had already been there for 2 weeks. After a month I'm able to get the car. My insurance company required that I go there for an estimate...I was going to have it fixed elsewhere but after seeing Ron's attention to detail I decided to let centerline do the work. His office manager is very professional and respectful. Turn around time was fast to get my vehicle back to me...thanks for your help...

Update... still waiting on detailed damages paperwork... Hit deer Drove car in. This place sent my insurance company 8g quote to be fixed. Awaiting and then updated quote to over 10gs and deemed total. Communication. I'm knowledgeable of cars/parts/labor knowing the outraged increased quote. If your looking for honesty and respect look elsewhere. This is how they took pictures for the claim snow all Asked multiple times for the updates list of damages and no one sent it.
