Can I give a negative star? Worst customer experience we have ever experienced. We have been calling since the second week of January to get our tank filled. At that time we were at 30%, my husband was told they were 10 days out. He called again the week of to the big storm hitting on 1/24 because we had still not had our tank filled and we were very low. It is now 1/29, and we are at 0% still no fill date in site, but if you call you are told today...
We are new clients and can't speak highly enough about their customer service and speedy delivery. Thank you! Sorry, you can't get rid of us now.
I don't recommend them.
Every time I've needed propane Centergas has been there ASAP -usually the next day. I don't encourage people to wait until the last minute, but they've never let me run out (which is a serious pain) despite my having been pretty desperate several times. If you're going to be in NWA for any length of time I would suggest asking them to add you to their regular route. They'll be by every month or so and top you off as needed.
