We have tried to get tank refilled for 5 weeks. First 3 weeks, called numerous times and got voicemail where I gave all relevant information. 10 days ago finally got a person, left information again. Waited a week, nothing. Called back 3 days ago and got same person, said it looked like delivery would be yesterday. Didn’t happen. Calling again today and get voicemail. Completely out, hot water, heat and stove are all gas. Tried referring to BBB but the company doesn’t have listing.
Hodges propane was great centergas sucks I only gave 1 star because the gentleman i spoke with on Wednesday January 21 at 7am was polite and courteous. However I was promised propane by Friday. It's the coldest time of year supposed to be single digits thru Monday and they were a no show .my wife and I are in our late sixties and needed to be sure we won't run out now I'm not certain.
