I wouldn't say anything bad about anyone if it wasn't true but unfortunately its all true and just seems after COVID u just can't trust anyone. So the lady that was working there stole $300 from us because my husband decided to trust an untrustworthy person and didn't get a receipt, so she took our cash then made us pay again after that ran out . Make sure to always get a receipt every time u go there.
Called for a delivery of our prepaid gas last week. Was told maybe that day (that was Wed). No gas. Called on Friday, told we’d get a delivery on Monday. It’s Tuesday evening, we’re at less than 10%, no delivery, and we were told today that they are very busy. I don't care how busy they are; since I’ve already paid for this fuel, I should receive delivery in a timely fashion. I certainly shouldn’t be worried about running out of propane. This is NOT how to run a business.
Pretty crappy when your hours are 730 to 4, and no one is here at 3:30
