Rachel is so knowledgeable about fitness. I highly recommend her! She is opening up HotWorks in Lexington. If you want to lose fat and tone up, this is the place to join!
Rachel is AMAZING! I couldn’t run since 2016 because of an knee injury. I went to two doctors and physical therapy. Nothing helped. Rachel used her knowledge to help me strengthen and stretch the correct areas and I’m happy to say I’m running again! Thank you Centerfit!!
I highly recommend Centerfit. It’s a Great atmosphere and amazing coaches. Any fitness level can work out here. From beginners like me to advanced work outs. The work outs are centered around your capabilities. even with my back injury they were able to help me stay in shape. Highly recommend them Rachel Maxwell is the best!
