I have been going to Centered Sole Reflexology for over a year now. Elena is very knowledgeable and does a wonderful job! Before I went, I had bad Plantar Fasciitis pain and it has gotten so much better since I have gone to her. I also had a lot of fluid buildup in my ankles but that has decreased drastically. I try to go at least once every couple months and highly recommend going to her! Elena is very flexible with schedules and wants everyone to have better health.
Wonderful experience. Elena is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and creates a comfortable atmosphere.
I have been going to Elena for over a year now. She is always very kind, supportive, and she cares about her patients. She listens to your concerns and helps in any way she can. She has helped ease up my symptoms/pains. Reflexology is really great! See Elena for your reflexolgy needs, you won't be disappointed!!! She is the best!!!!
My sessions with Elena have been amazing! She was able to tell what was happening with my body without me even telling her they were problem areas. The session was relaxing and therapeutic — I left feeling more balanced and less tense. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to my needs. Highly recommend for anyone looking to reduce stress or improve overall well-being!
Elena is very knowledgeable, she takes the extra time to help her clients in every way she can. I highly recommend her!
