No wait time and the provider was very kind and knowledgeable. She addressed all my need! I felt cared for and I was not rushed.
Really really disappointing experience here. I went here to start talk therapy for my 13 year old. The first appt she was late okay fine. She mostly spoke with my to get consents signed and spent the last 15 minutes talking to my child. After that she recommended medication to which I said no. I want to try talk therapy first . I said I’d possibly consider. We talked about having appointments every week or 2 weeks. I told her that I wanted these appointments to be in person.
