I do not recommend this provider. My experience was marked by poor medication management, poor follow-up, and a lack of accountability. When I ran out of my prescription and contacted the provider, I was told to go to the ER rather than being given timely help with a medication issue that should have been handled through basic continuity of care. Absolutely the worst place ever and I didn't even get to visit it. Made an appointment for 3:00 one afternoon and I really needed my medication for anxiety. I was willing to pay out of pocket and everything was good until they canceled it and tried to reschedule me for the next day. They're sending away people that are asking for help and saying that they need it very badly. Poor management skills up front with the scheduling. If you value your mind body or Soul do not go to this place
I have had the absolute best experience with this office every time. The lovely lady that works the desk is always so sweet and helpful, and Rosine is just pure kindness. She has been an incredible help to me, and so accommodating when I needed it. I got the best adhd treatment while studying for my career license, and I just passed the exam thanks to her support and treatment plan. Can’t recommend this office enough!
