I started getting acupuncture from Helen after persistent headaches and upper back and neck tension. I had never tried acupuncture before and have been so happy with the relief it’s offered me! I have been working with Helen for various things since 2019. Helen is phenomenal at what she does, takes time to listen to her patients, and provides a very calm and empathetic energy. The basics: Helen is a highly skilled, knowledgeable, and thoughtful acupuncturist!! She really, really knows her craft. She’s an amazing practitioner with Chinese herbs as well. I have been going to Centered Healing and working with Helen for the past three months due to neck pain that has been ongoing for 7 years.
