Working with Meghan is miraculous! I sought out acupuncture for cystic fibroid pain, which thanks to Meghan I no longer have, and on top of that my mood baseline increased dramatically! Another bonus to her acupuncture? My psoriasis cleared up! I am so grateful to Meghan and to acupuncture for such vast improvements to my life. Thank you Meghan at Centered Healing!

I’ve been going to Meghan for almost a year now for acupuncture and it’s been wonderful. She is very skilled and intuitive with your body and its evolving needs. She always does great making sure you are comfortable and very accommodating as well. Can’t recommend enough!

I can’t recommend Helen enough! I originally started seeing her for soccer-related injuries and chronic stress, and the difference has been night and day. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain how the treatments work. I leave every session feeling centered and pain-free. I have been so grateful for my treatments from Meghan at Centered Healing. I initially came to her because I had been dealing with depression, stagnation, and a lack of motivation. I can’t say enough about Helen—she’s amazing. I has a serious fall that left me with severe nerve damage affecting my ability to work out and even walk at times. I was told by a sports medicine doctor to simply “wait and see.” Fast forward to meeting Helen; she listened, created a thoughtful treatment plan, and within weeks I was fully healed. This was my first experience with acupuncture, and I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. Highly recommend.
