The basics: Helen is a highly skilled, knowledgeable, and thoughtful acupuncturist!! She really, really knows her craft. She’s an amazing practitioner with Chinese herbs as well. I had sought out acupuncture as a compliment to other treatments for an autoimmune condition, and Helen has been so incredible to work with. Each acupuncture session is tailored to how my body is doing in that moment, making the treatment feel so much more intentional and impactful.
