Updated review, December 30th 2025 We needed our Hyundai sonata serviced and Greg B was awesome as our advisor. We would also like to thank the service manager Joseph K for always being extremely helpful and getting us in on such short notice today. It's always a pleasure going to this dealership for service. We have purchased our last 7 vehicles here and was recently told that the best service manager Joe K has come back home to this dealership. Update, 12/30/2025 Thank you Greg B and the shop manager Joseph K for getting us in today to have our hyundai sonata serviced. We have purchased 7 vehicles from this dealer over the years and have found the service department to be extremely helpful. Joe K the the manager of the service department has always been a real professional in running this large auto maintenance department. Our vehicles have always been returned fixed and at the price promised. Thank you, Joe and crew.
The service in this place has gone done immensely since I've been a customer for over 10 years. They expect you to make an appointment for service yet they themselves do not honor the time. When speaking to the staff for answers they push the call to their alleged manager who then says they are doing you a "favor" by speaking to you and try to get the service done before the end of the day.
