We are new to the area and my daughter needed a sports physical for school. We walked in without an appointment and were pleasantly greeted by the front desk team right away. Completing the new patient forms and providing insurance information and copay was a smooth process. We were called back by the medical staff within 15 minutes of completing registration. Outstanding Care and Service I had an excellent experience at this urgent care. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Judy (I believe she’s the doctor) and Marie (the nurse) were both amazing—so kind, professional, and attentive. They communicated everything clearly, got me in and out quickly, and helped me figure out exactly what was going on. They truly made me feel at home during the visit.
