After multiple disappointing experiences, I’ve decided to seek care elsewhere. My main concerns have been the quality of provider interactions, reliability of testing, and billing practices. I just went through all the work of setting myself and my toddler up here as new patients and I’ll be doing it again elsewhere because the front desk staff is unbelievably rude - not to mention you’ll wait 45 min in the lobby even if you are the only person there because their paperwork process is awful.
I went in thinking I would be using this practice as my primary care. Initially I just had some bloodwork done but requested a full thyroid panel, testosterone, amongst other things. My NP told me she’d request them but “insurance is going to charge you an arm and a leg” to which I responded “that’s fine, I’m willing to pay for my health”. They also said they would call to go over the lab work with me, that was a 30 second phone call of “your lab results were fine”….thats it, that’s the “going over it with you part”. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE!! MY SON AND I ARRIVED AT 8:00 WHEN THEY OPENED. THEY THEN HUNG A NOTE ON THE DOOR SAYING THE WERE NOT OPENING TILL 9:00. AT 9:30. I CALLED AND ASKED IF THEY WERE RECIEVING PATIENTS. SHE SAID YES. WE ARRIVED AT 10:00AM AND WAITED FOR 2 1/2 HOURS FOR PROVIDER GRETCHEN WHICH IS A NEW DOCTOR!! THE LADY UP FRONT SAID SHE WAS SORRY SHE WAS NEW. I POLITELY TOLD HER THAT WAS NOT MY PROBLEM. I TOLD HER THAT I HAVE NEVER HAD TO WAIT THIS LONG TO BEEN SEEN BY A DOCTOR NOR AN URGENT CARE.
