This place is horrible. I would not recommend. They tell you they will send of your labs and they don't. When you question them. They tell you they didnt think it was necessary.
They treat patients and staff very poorly, there's HIPPA violations everywhere with mold in the buildings. The owner is very greedy

I was here early March or late Feb 2025, sick as a dog and had come in after leaving work early. I ended up testing positive for covid on a rapid test and was confirmed positive on a PCR a few days later. They were able to print my result on a work note so I could turn it in to my manager. I ended up back a week or two later for a refill of a medication. I have bad eczema on my hands and arms.
