This last time; I went because of an infection on my leg, and I remember that I needed a refill so I mentioned it too. The front desk (first time I see her) not even made eye contact, no emotion, nothing. When she reads infection, refill she just say we can see you for one thing… obviously the infection was main concern so I went for it. The Doctor that attended me was really nice, the infection was a 2 minute look, then she sees I need refill, she asked me if I still had, and I said two days of it. I was there with my son a few weeks ago, and the Nurse i think her name was Natasha- was WONDERFUL. Very professional, and made myself and my son feel very welcomed. She listened to all our concerns, always had a smile on her face, and was just great all around. A few of us moms take our Children here and we just LOVE HER!

I came here due to discomfort in my throat and genitals, but was only told that I’m able to be consulted for one and the other the next day. It does not make sense.

Seen again on 3/25/25 for URI causing asthma exacerbation. I received treatment in the office and was on my way to CVS quite quickly. I was SOB and miserable when I walked in around 11am and feel a lot better now as a write this around 7pm. I've been using the urgent care since 2019 and primary care since like 2020 or 2021. Ive never had a bad visit. Sometimes I'm there for less than an hour, sometimes I end up waiting an hour or more when I've walked in. BEWARE!!! Never take your child here for a sports physical! I was told $45. That’s a lie. I asked if I was being billed beyond that and was told no. The newbie, who will be there for a week I’m sure, said my co-pay was $45 and her trainer corrected her and said it was a flat fee not a co-pay! $230 dollars extra was billed to my health care provider for the 5 minutes of my kid standing on one leg and reading a chart on a wall with one eye. Now they refused to code the visit so my health insurance will cover it. I’m livid.
