My wife and I visited quite a few dealerships and Center Street Ridez was the most welcoming and helpful. They didn't have what we were looking for but said they would give us a call if they got something in that fit our needs. A few weeks after we got a call and they found our RV! They made it so easy and straight forward! I would recommend them to anyone!!
Although they were great to work with, we were deceived when told everything worked as it should when we purchased our toy hauler from them. The biggest issue were the brakes on all 3 axles, none of them worked. We could test and try everything else before tge purchase but not the brakes. We had yo take the toy hauler to another shop to have the brakes looked at and repaired which cost us over $3000.00. Absolutely loved working with Jolene and David! They were able to find me and my fiancé a trailer to stay in while we were expecting our baby. I love my trailer and will definitely be using it in the future for camping. They were easy to work with and make you feel like you’re part of their family and they want to find the best for you and your price range. Jolene even helped me apply for the loan which was super helpful! Would recommend them to anybody I know!
When they say they go above and beyond, they are not lying! I spent a very long time looking for a fifth wheel on Marketplace and was having a hard time finding one that had exactly what I was looking for. I saved this one because it was the closest thing I could come to! I was so lucky that it hadn't been sold by the time I made my decision that this was the one for me! DO NOT purchase from this business unless you are experienced with RV's! Was relocating to Oregon and wanted to purchase and live in a 5th wheel to get to know the area to determine where we want to purchase or build a home. Heard decent things about CSR so we purchased an 09 cameo Carriage from them. I told them what we wanted it for ans inquired several times about the condition.
