It was painless from beginning to end. Very professional and helpful. Delivered as promised and added extras for me at reasonable cost. The only problem was power cord was too short and battery wasn't charged enough to stay in it only because I bought the wrong cord. Thank you for everything.

We have been looking at the CSR website for months! Our only concern was that we live in Indiana. We are completely overwhelmed with how amazing CSR was at helping! I needed to walk through almost every camper multiple times. I never felt any pressure. They were amazing at answering any question we asked. I am extremely happy that we chose to fly across the country to purchase our camper.
they sold me a fifth wheel that had so many issues its not even funny. Major water damage, actively leaks in the roof and slides, wet walls, rubber sealant nearly non existent, electrical issues now black tank issues. I wish I had done more due diligence and hired someone to inspect it. I did not find this damage until renovating it. Which it has been a complete money pit.
After just moving to Eugene me and my girlfriend decided it would be easier to get a 5th wheel instead of scowering the internet looking for a new home, I heard very good things about csr so we looked and found a beautiful Dutchman Yukon, the price was unbeatable, the trailer itself was in immaculate condition. The crew was very professional and made the entire process very easy to deal with, if I ever need anything fixed or ever decide to get a new 5th wheel I will definitely be going back to these guys!
