I went online to buy a ticket for the Brian Culbertson concert in Jacksonville, Florida through The Ticket Center. I selected my seat and row, thinking I was purchasing one ticket for a reasonable price. I’ve been using Center Stage for 30 years and have been extremely happy with their service!! Up front tickets are their specialty and that’s what they deliver! I sat front row for Brooks and Dunn last night and never had a better time!! Update! Front row for Jason Aldean!! What a great time!! Ron at Center Stage is the best choice for great tickets and professional service! ❤️❤️
Horrible service and a complete rip off. I returned my two tickets back to Ron after he agreed that he would fully refund me due to the pandemic cancelling the show. Although he made us pay him upfront electronically for the show, he refused to refund us electronically and said he wanted to meet in person. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to meet in person, he suddenly vanished and now his phone goes straight to voicemail. He has our tickets and got away with our money. Lesson learned. Do not trust this company!
