Your white van was driving on the NYS Thruway around 9:15 PM just before the Tappan Zee Bridge last night and your driver was driving dangerously. He was speeding up on many drivers, cutting them off etc. And then he came upon my truck as I was driving with my children sleeping in the rear seat..
