I am very disappointed in this venue! They told me that they wouldn’t be open at the time of my event after I had paid them in full. To make a long story short, I talked with them several times about my refund. I was promised my money back and was even sent a message that the refund would be available in 7-10 business days. It's a paint and sip which also is available for other rental needs like a baby shower
It is amazing to me by reading the return comments of the venue that nothing is ever their fault. There response to the people complaining are so unprofessional. All these people couldn't be making things up on this place. Who ever responding must be in highschool because nothing is their fault. Well let me add to it.
