I'll never forget my experience with Charlotte. She can't work with 36Ds and take in a wedding dress to be smaller in the bust. Said wild things to me in the only 20 minutes she was "working" on taking in the bust. Horrible experience. I'll never forget that horrible experience. The dress shop had to ask her to leave because I just walked away.
