Maintenance gentlemen Mike was very personable. Very professional very kind. Able to do an overview of my apartment in a couple minutes and thought he was great. One of the better interactions I’ve had with your staff. Leasing agent Renee is one of the reasons why I am moving to another apartment complex. Is she misrepresents the truth and flat out lies to her tenants. Stating that something is against policy, but then does not produce any policies to Support that claim. Upon follow up, she will just ignore emails.
