I have been a resident at this property for four years, and unfortunately, I’ve witnessed a steady decline in both the quality of service and the way management treats its tenants. When residents raise legitimate concerns, the management team often shows little interest in resolving them. Since moving into center square lofts I’ve had such an incredible experience. The staff and management team here have been super helpful throughout my apartment journey. Especially Madison at the front desk. She’s beyond attentive and cares so much about the residents who live in this building.

Madison demonstrates very poor management skills. She is unprofessional and shows no genuine care or concern for the residents. I have personally tried speaking with her about issues, but she ignores residents’ concerns rather than addressing them. This type of behavior is unacceptable from someone in a management position. It is clear that new management is needed — no one person should have this much control, especially when they fail to uphold basic standards of professionalism and respect for the people who live here.
