The apartment has great amenities, the staff are friendly, I love the dog park, and they always have resident events. Unfortunately, I can hear every step my neighbor takes because they are above us. I placed a noise complaint and it stopped for a little bit but now they are back to running and jumping at 11:30pm on a weekday. I tried to reach out to staff but the line is always busy. I was captivated by the location and amenities of this apartment complex, so when the opportunity arose to move in, I seized it. My corner apartment is fantastic, and the beautiful views are a highlight. The high ceilings on the first floor add to the overall aesthetic appeal. I appreciate the community deals and opportunities for neighbors to connect and socialize. Maintenance gentlemen Mike was very personable. Very professional very kind. Able to do an overview of my apartment in a couple minutes and thought he was great. One of the better interactions I’ve had with your staff. Leasing agent Renee is one of the reasons why I am moving to another apartment complex. Is she misrepresents the truth and flat out lies to her tenants. Stating that something is against policy, but then does not produce any policies to Support that claim. Upon follow up, she will just ignore emails.
