The medical team, is great. However, their office is very poorly run. The schedule appointments during the time that the entire office staff takes lunch. They turn off their phones from noon to 1pm. They do not, DO NOT care about their patients. If their office support team does not work during this time and they turn off their phones, then they should not make appointments during this time. My experience with Dr. Parker and his associates has been wonderful. In addition to my allergy issues, I have had long term issues with minor left ear pain and left-sided headaches. Despite not being a debilitating condition by any means, Dr. Parker has expressed a sincere interest in getting to the root of the cause.
