Dr, Ray better get rid of the miserable receptionist,Marilyn,(his wife)who is driving customers away. She has NO customer skills. We have been customers there for years but have been driven away by her poor attitude. I told her she should have been fired a long time ago. We may pay higher prices somewhere else but we will not miss her "crabby" attitude.
STAY AWAY! The vet's wife is the secretary, she is VERY rude, refuses to help and general doenst like her job or people. why she works customer service is a mystery. unless she likes being mean to people? she refused to give my dog a simple test and stated i must travel 7 hours to get this test. after calling around its a very common test. she lied to me starting this test is not common. she even stated we have enough customers we dont need any more work.
