When no one was there he was I really truly can’t thank him enough for his kind service. He literally save me and my kids life with his kind ways and going out his way not once but twice. Great experience here and i wasnt sure how it was going to go based on these reviews....I believe some things are lost in translation over the phone between some of the people reporting negatively about phone interactions. I called first thing as it opened and then a while later to confirm picking up personal effects from a vehicle. Both times he was quick to answer and also very accommodating.
I just had this towing guy come down because dummy me, I ran out of gas. And my battery went dead. Battin a thousand today. The guy who came down (i didn't catch his name. When I asked him, he jokingly said "Stupid". 🤣) was friendly as all hell. He didn't even charge me for the gas, even though Geico said I would have to pay. Thanks, "Stupid", for bailing me out!
He is a scam artist. He towed my car for a a very short distance and charge me $465. Every time I called to go and pick up the car he either hung-up or it was not convenient for him. After 3 days of trying to reach him finally. I picked up the car. He said he is a one man operation. He didn't have anyone to work at his business location to return the car. He charged me for 3 days storage fee when he was the one that intentionally delayed returning the car. The cost of towing was $108 but he charged me $465 and he only took C... read more
