I scheduled a consultation and waited on the day for 30 minutes to then find that they canceled via email at the time the appointment was supposed to end saying that they didn't have available practitioners. Clearly they have no respect for other people's time and must've known this before the day of. Extremely unprofessional. I also already had some misgivings with the fact that they choose your practitioner for you and don't allow you to consult with them directly (to see if your energies align).
