Asked 3 different times to have my results sent to me and no one got back to me. The sleep study itself was fine. The worker who did my sleep study was very personable. And it was very relaxing. Just wish I could get my results back!!
I took my 7 year old son in last night to the McMurray Location & Jordan greeted us when we came in the door. He was very professional & kind. Explained everything & made sure we both were comfortable and settled after getting my son hooked up to everything. My son & I had an overall good experience. Jordan engaged in age appropriate conversation with my son at all times 🙂 & explained everything to him while putting his monitors on.
It's been a nightmare dealing with this place. Worst customer service with no follow-up or results unless you call constantly like you're a debt collector.... It's been 14 months since I first called them and still dealing with the process. I'm going to now order the machine on my own through my PCP because after another 1-2 months they still haven't called me about ordering it. i had my sleep study done Dec. 6. after hearing nothing from them after the study i called the natrona heights office about the cpac machine. they didnt return calls, always saying they would. after several calls over 2 months trying to get the much needed machine, i switched to healthcare solutions in butler which got a cpac machine to me within the week of my call. the office staff in natrona heights needs replaced with people who do their jobs.
