It's been a nightmare dealing with this place. Worst customer service with no follow-up or results unless you call constantly like you're a debt collector.... It's been 14 months since I first called them and still dealing with the process. I'm going to now order the machine on my own through my PCP because after another 1-2 months they still haven't called me about ordering it. i had my sleep study done Dec. 6. after hearing nothing from them after the study i called the natrona heights office about the cpac machine. they didnt return calls, always saying they would. after several calls over 2 months trying to get the much needed machine, i switched to healthcare solutions in butler which got a cpac machine to me within the week of my call. the office staff in natrona heights needs replaced with people who do their jobs.

Worse services and customer services ever especially the location in Butler PA at 200 Renaissance 16001, Debbie very nasty, was literally yelling at me over the phone as I was trying to explain... wont let me put a word in and then hang up on me. So after charging me so mu extra money since the machine they sent was not used within a week which I never signed for or was told about.
