Five stars isn't enough. We had an emergency on a holiday, a broken cable that left our garage door out of commission, and Ed came out anyway. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Not only did he fix the broken cable, he serviced both of our doors while he was here and pointed out a few proactive changes we could make so we don't run into the same problem down the road.
