Ronald Foster agreed to repair a shower. He did not have the skills to do this work. The shower was unusable after his work. He abandoned the job. Short to the long story, I am still in credit card hell because of his fraudulent charges. He stole the number, ran up non-existent charges, cannot produce a single receipt. Visa keeps escalating it to a "higher power" but they will flat out tell you if they can dump the mess on you they will. After four months of this I'm going to have to take them to federal court.
