RECEPTIONIST LADY IS SEVERLY RUDE. WAS CALLING TO HANDLE BUSINESS AND THE ATTITUDE SHE SHOWED WITHIN THE FIRST 30 SECOND MADE ME DECIDE NOT TO EVER CONTACT THIS BUSINESS AGAIN. FIRST IMPRESSIONS IS EVERYTHING. DO BETTER & DO BETTER.
