We bought a townhome through them in 2024. Within 2 years the entire compressor was fried due to a wiring issue. It's 20 degrees in Charleston so I called out C&C Meyers to get the issue fixed and then filed a claim through their warranty. They claim that since I didn't go through the "proper channels" that the issue will not be covered.
