Shane and his team are fantastic
They talk a good game some peoples homes are leaking in the neighborhood some peoples roofs are falling in when you call to have things checked out you don’t get a response the warranty is trash they come one day then say they will be back the next day but don’t show up the HOA fees are high for not having anything to do they should extend peoples warranties with the amount of issues happening on brand new homes I would highly not recommend this builder
