Very professional staff
There’s one teller that is always rude. I’ve only ever seen her greet a customer one time- some guy came in and she was excited to see him. But other than that, she is not pleasant at all. Once, she even ignored my 7 year old daughter. I hate going in there because of her, but I go because the location is convenient.
I have been a member of APCU for 70 years. I don't know what Center PARC is or why the change. I was issued a new VISA card early in 2024. Center PARC has failed to abide by the agreement for the card. I see some changes coming in my relationship with APCU. I demand some explanations!
