I have been renting from this location in Greater Austin for many months now. I have been dealing almost exclusively with Josh, who has been just fantastic. Accommodating, easy-going, pleasant, chill, but quite capable with the financing part of the rental, generous, and always reasonable. Used an Amazon locker at this location in order to prevent porch pirates from stealing our Christmas purchases. The locker worked great but I had some difficulty finding it because I had not entered the entire address and had not used the address link provided by Amazon.
