My sister has been going to Core for many years and loves it! It's truly a magical place for the participants and their families. The founders are incredible human beings and have the best staff. From Dana who manages the gym, to Mallory who overseas community engagement and Dillon who overseas all the trainers - they are all remarkable. My daughter has healed tremendously because of CORE. Their staff is exceptional. They are positive, motivational, kind, and knowledgeable. This is a great alternative to traditional physical therapy. Activity based training has helped my daughter improve far more than physical therapy. We relocated from Utah to allow my daughter to go to CORE because their surfaces are phenomenal!
Core has been miraculous for my son’s stroke recovery. You all think of everything and more impressively, you follow through with ideas and really make everyone who comes through the door feel loved.

Game-Changer I call CORE "the magical place" because in addition to a gorgeous well-equipped gym filled with skilled trainers and professional staff, the moment I glide through the doors I feel excited, positive, and trustful. My 25-year old son suffered a severe stroke early 2023 and by mid June his traditional physical therapist suggested we contact CORE for aqua therapy and added exercise.
