Tout d'abord, celle qui prend et donne les rendez-vous devrait prendre des cours en matière de respect. Elle ne sais tout simplement pas parler sans être agressive. Par ailleurs, je me suis fais appeller pour changer un rendez-vous, car les dames de l'accueil devaient finir plus tôt le vendredi. Sachez que ce rendez-vous était pris un an en avance.
