Receptionists never answer the phone to and voicemail recording says to not leave a voicemail.

Receptionists will purposely leave the phone hanging for hours on end because they're lazy and can't be bothered. You better clear up your schedule if you want to simply make an appointment, because you will have to call in dozens of times a day until one day your call miraculously goes through. Truly disgusting behavior from a doctor's office of all places, where hundreds of peoples' health is on the line.

The 1 star is because the only redeeming quality this place has is the doctors. They are kind, informative, and take their time in explaining things. The receptionist staff that works there is a whole other story. They will lose your files, will not be present to check you in, will put patients on hold on the telephone so that they can talk to each other, are rude and dismissive, and just generally not helpful at all. While Dr de Simon is amazing, the receptionists are the worst. They purposefully leave the phone hanging so you can’t even reach them, you just a busy dial and it hangs up. They’re only open until 3pm but you have to spend your day calling them again and again until one day you finally reach someone, if they even pass the message. My record was over 20 calls to manage to reach them. Someone needs to do something about this!

This med center will not answer the phone nor return your messages. Their phone line is busy all day long, and it can take weeks to get through to a real person. Their opening hours are not published on googlemaps so check before going. The personnel here treat you like a number, not a human.
