Terrible service and extremely unprofessional. It was my first pregnancy and I felt forced to switch one of my medications for hypertension at the request of the doctor that I had been on for years. I had a great scan a few days before switching, then switched, and a few days later at my next scan, my baby’s heart had stopped beating and I feel like it was possibly related. This clinic needs a few improvements to enhance the patient experience. First, the washroom doors don’t have any indication of whether they are occupied, which can be confusing for patients. Second, instead of having the receptionist call out “Suivant” each time, the clinic should consider implementing a simple system such as a light indicator, buzzer, or token display screen to notify the next patient. This would make the process more efficient, quieter, and better organized.
