secretary deliberately let me waiting for 3 hours to see the doctors because when she insisted asking me to come to her I was on a call with a doctor from the hospital. I was the last to see the doctor at 5pm and waited with strong back pain the whole afternoon. S This center should hire someone with good heart.

Dr. Goyet has cared for me from early pregnancy through postpartum. I had a C-section, and every step—before and after surgery—was handled with great attention and professionalism, which gave me a lot of reassurance. They always answered my questions clearly and made it very easy to consult with them. The reception staff were also very kind, and whenever I called, they responded promptly and politely.
The medical facility has excellent doctors, but their administrative staff lacks professionalism. I encountered this firsthand when a secretary laughed during our conversation, then dismissed my inquiry about what was amusing. This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional.
