Over the past years my family and I had several dental procedures at Dr Cohen at this office .Dr cohen and staff was excellent and very professional and since Dr Hyon was replace we had horrible experience with the staff. The receptionist ‘Michelle” always rude and very unprofessional ,she does not explain the process to patient for insurance she always mention payment upfront which is not nice , my daughter did a surgery and she had to pay upfront before sending information to the insurance ,Michelle saying my insurance doe... read more
Warning. I do not recommend this dentist. I experienced a tooth extracted unnecessary, extremely expensive. Went to a different dentist and I am very satisfied with him. My new dentist can't even get my x-rays from him. Had to send them a HIPA request.
I never had such horrible experience in a dentist office!!! There is an Asian doctor that have no clue how to treat customers, I went there for a regular check up and he was so rough, rude, disrespectful and aggressive. Do yourself a favor If you are reading this review and if you don’t want to have an awful experience or waist your time don’t go to HP Dental in Linden 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Called because was in pain they were about to see me same day and were very compassionate about my pain and was about to schedule surgery next day
