DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE. There mechanic has messed up my vehicle so bad thats it's costing another three grand to fix it at a different dealership.
Don't trust this place. They say they are open on Saturday's but they are not. I drove 60 miles for a part because they said they would be open. The sales guy said he was sure they had the part but then just stared at me. Just go to Lufkin Ford, way more professional and honest. Shoot they will actually help customers.
As we were beginning our 4-5 day journey back to home the check engine light began flashing as we came into Center, TX. Fortunately the Center Motor Company (Ford dealership) was very close. We drove our motorhome in, I checked in with Shannon in the service department, told her what was happening and she immediately came out to our RV. I just want to say I would rate this way more than 5 stars if there was an option! Start off by saying Shelton “The Big Show” instantly contacted me and started working on all my stuff before I arrived. This man went to infinity & beyond to get me in a 4x4 with an amazing deal. I would also like to add Jose & Dorian was a big help as well. If you are in the market for a new vehicle & in Center Tx swing on in and talk to “The Big Show”
