WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Went in for simple check on my car and decided to see if I could get in something newer, told them I didn’t have but just couple of hours, I explained what I wanted and did not want, as well as price range, the salesman Mr. Mark and the finance team who are all very down to Earth people and fun to be around, had me signing papers in less than and out the door within an hour! Attempted to get info and purchase a vehicle from here. They were not that great. the guy did not seem very interested in helping us. I was super interested in a 3rd row vehicle for my family. He didn't help us. I am super disappointed. So we went to another dealership and we bought our dream car. They were super fast did it all in 1 day. Never coming here again.
When a good friend of mine confronted ways in which a salesman mislead him, the problems with the vehicle were not resolved.
Bought a van back in March, Zach Barnes was our salesman. A few days after purchasing, the passenger side power door was not working. Nothing was told to us about any issues with the door. The brakes were also squealing, and upon inspection, there was a very noticeable groove on the rotor. When we bought it, I asked about any sort of warranty if any issues were to come up, and the salesman told me to call him if anything came up and that he would look into for us and take care of it.
