I'm a tenant of twelve years in the center manor park. We have lived through 2 owners. One good one bad! Then, u m h come in and it's been much better. And our park is on the way up! The improvements in the new homes in here are wonderful. Soon the roads will be fixed and that's all it will need. As far as our manager Kaitlyn she is caring, hard working, and does her best everyday to improve this park.
