Zero star. Allison Lee refused to transfer my call to other dept. Allison Lee at the member service dept. asked me to hold, No sound, pause for about 25 mins. unattended, ignored my call. She told me I do not need to talk to other dept/ she made decision for me. Ridiculous....Rude person like her, how did she land this position? It's bad for the Center IPA group. I want to see new medical group that provide high quality services to Korean community.
