Absolutely horrible service, insurance is good but trying to get someone to help you add another vehicle and they don’t help at all is bull shit. I will be looking for a different insurance company because your service is trash. And the woman working today (February 24, 2025 @ 3:00pm) I hope you lose your job your service is pathetic
Very unprofessional! I originally spoke with the front desk who advised me of a coverage that best fit my situation, so I got the insurance with her explaining to me ( IF ) I wanted to get full coverage I would have (xxx) amount due on this date, but if not my coverage will remain at liability! Then I got cancelled (5) days later with a bill almost 300 after paying 200.00 at the initial visit for LIABILITY! Lady at the front desk is very disrespectful. Told me to shut and listen and when I asked to speak to her boss, she told me her grandmother is her boss. Very disrespectful. Would have left no stars if I could have.
