ordered the summer special,they filled the gas tank of a another address.i,ve been for days to answer the phone,no luck,put in the call back,no call,it looks like i will have to pay a personal visit. one thing for sure i won,nt be doin business with them again
Terrible customer service. Called on Dec 26, 2017 for a fill-up and didn't get service until Jan 20, 2018. In spite of repeated calls and the fact that we had no propane during a severe cold snap, the supervisor was absolutely disinterested in helping and usually I couldn't even get through to anyone. Never use this company. They are rude and unreliable. Use this company only if you want poor service, lame excuses, and have no need to keep warm in winter!
Very fast delivery. Office staff is very helpful and quick to return phone calls.
Before it became Eastern Carolina in Wilson, NC, we had no complaints. For the last two seasons, service has been horrible. They will not answer phone calls; they will not deliver when they say they will; my mother has run out of fuel twice because they will not come when called or when they say they will. My business with them will end after this season.
Very disappointed in their service still waiting on the propane I ordered and paid for on 1-2-2018 I had 30 percent now I have zero propane I am still waiting for them to deliver it I understand we had some inclement weather but that was on the 9 th this is the 20 th having to heat my home with electric heaters to keep warm they did not return my calls and I am beginning to wonder if they are going to bring it. The lady who answers your phone is one of the rudest people I've ever had to deal with. With her as the face of your business I'm surprised you are still in business. My husband and I paid for a tank on 12/30/17 and she told us it would be delivered within the week and here it is the 18th of January 2018 and we are still waiting. She told my husband today that she would TRY to work us in sometime next week. If I talked to people the way she does I would be out of a job. She really needs an attitude adjustment. I found Pam to be extremely helpful and very willing to work with me as we are full-time RV's----no one wanted to rent to us for a "part time" "who knows how long they will be there" customer. Pam went out of her way to work with me and help solve the problem with a solution pleasing to her company and me.
Little River does the best they can. But their corporate owners, United Propane Gas will not give the tools to do their job. I feel sorry for the employees, they do the best they can with what they have. You should not complain about Little River, but look higher up the food chain to UPG
