Ms Tammy & Chad have been extremely helpful during the long process of replacing a broken valve on my propane tank. Since the tank had to be completely empty before the replacement could be done, it took months. Frequent check ins were welcome, and when the day finally came, when we all had cold showers, Mr Chad showed up the same day & had everything working & the tank filled up,within the hour. I have accounts with Midway propane out of the Clarkson office and have been satisfied with the service! Lynn in the office is very friendly, knows what she is doing and gives outstanding service! Started trying to get in contact with them on Monday Feb 15th to order propane, got no answer or call back from multiple voice mails, finally called main office and they placed our order by email, got a call back on the 18th-19th stating that delivery would be on Saturday if not it would be Monday the 22nd. Well I ordered gas before this ice storm came in, I had 10%! I have been out of gas for almost 2 weeks! I have had my oven on @ night & space heaters in 1 room to keep warm. I still don’t have gas!
worst company ever.. almost out of gas and they want deliver. we called last week and didnt have the money, the sent a truck out,knowing there was no money. now when i have the money they wont deliver till i go to office.. bull crap. goning to switch companies

I live outside Vienna and I have propane tanks for my outside fireplace, everytime I come to this business they are always so nice and the guys fill my tanks pronto and they price is great!!!
