I have been a longtime customer, bringing my Beetle to this shop for the repairs for the longest time. Good communication, great service, good prices, the previous owner even paid once for my ride home two miles away. But the times have changed. When I limped my car in with the engine light on and a history of stalling at a red light, Center Heights couldn't tell what was wrong with it and sent me to the dealer. I wonder why the shop didn't do diagnostics or a compression test to find a misfire in one of the cylinders. C'mon now, these are the basics. I have ended up towing my car to another shop where the compression test was done to discover a misfire in one of the cylinders. Also bad spark plugs and mass air flow sensor. I am redoing my review. In my previous review I was negative but have no clue how it ended up at BBB. I didn't file anything with the BBB. Anyway, I am disappointed that when I limped my car in with the engine light on and a history of stalling at a red light, Center Heights couldn't tell what was wrong with it and sent me to the dealer. So I ended up towing it elsewhere where it was diagnosed with the bad spark plugs and mass air flow sensor. Both replaced. I am puzzled as to why Center Heights couldn't do this.

Didn’t go because $50 was the quote to repair a flat.
