I have to say that Center Hardwood is a great place. I buy heating pellets off of them and I also buy smoker pellets off of them. Anyways, me not thinking things out, I I’m pulsed on getting some ribs the other day to smoke. Lathered them up to smoke. Fired up the pellet grill and threw them on. An hour in I checked my pellets and I was low. Thought I had extra. Nope. So I had to run for pellets. I’d rather help a local guy than a big bossiness.
