Joe's easily the best barber I've ever had. However, if you get there, and you get Carmen...avoid avoid avoid. He's a nice guy but he's got the shakes and has botched my hair up twice now.
Ask for Joe - the best banjo-playing horse-shoeing barber in Ithaca :)
