I had a terrible experience with Debbie, the person who answers their phone. She is disrespectful and likes to cut you off when you are speaking. The phone call was about an obvious error between my warranty company and theirs, but the way she spoke to me was completely unnecessary. Unable to diagnose issues properly; waste of time and money
Kevin and Dulan were the ones who came and did the install for our new water heater (replaced one that was about 13-15 years old). They did a great job of not only installing the water heater, but assisting with hooking it up to the whole house humidifier. The other part that was a net positive is that they came specifically for the job that was called for. Kyle came out today because toilets would not flush and water was leaking in my basement. He was very pleasant and VERY knowledgeable and very thorough in his explanation of the problem and the fix he was going to do. Very happy with their service!
