This is my second time to come here the staff are all really nice and dr.keys is really good takes time with his patients and explains all procedures he's really good
I went to the Wound Care Center after being in the hospital, and I had blisters under my prostetic sleeve that was being treated well in the hospital. However, at my wound care appointment, they removed the special patches and replaced them with different non moisture resistant patches. Can't get anyone to answer phone or return calls. Had one visit, felt promising. Got lab results back on a Sunday, noticed antibiotics I'm on didn't cover the bacteria, called office Monday lvm to try to get new antibiotics. It's Thursday, I've called everyday. No answer. No return call since my message. I listened to Dr. Keyes advise staff of what to order me for bandage supplies. Half of it didn't come and wasn't on invoice list including packing strips that were needed for my wounds. Can't get any assistance for that eith... read more
I was very impressed with the staff and Dr. Keys. They were thorough, competent and kind. Dr. Keys took time to discuss my case with me and was invested in getting a good result. And we did!
