I would never recommend this wounded center because they’re rude and hanging up on us and everything plus when I had canceled just one appointment because of my legs hurting because I’m paralyzing the waist down they said I could not come back so I would never recommend this place to anyone that has rules That lives in New York
I was going to a different wound care facility because I had a wound on my shin that wouldn't heal and kept getting infected. The first thing that facility did was wrap both legs in compression wraps and talked me spending a couple of grand on a lymphedema pump. After almost a year going there, I developed a serious infection on my right leg that went septic. I was hospitalized for two weeks and spent another week in rehab. I would like to commend the Wound Center for the excellent care I received for over a year, healing from a surgical wound. I am autoimmune and it takes a long time for healing. Everyone I worked with was patient and kind and we even had a good laugh each time I had a visit. I will recommend the center to family and friends.
