My 94 yo mother just moved to NC (to live with me). She had been under woundcare and in assisted living since May. We were able to get get an appointment quickly. Everyone there is so kind, respectful and professional. We are very impressed.
Amazing staff that provide excellent care from the front desk to the Doctors my experience has been great. They are very knowledgeable in wound care and healed me right up after a wound infection. I came to them very scared and worried. After my first visit I felt so much better we came up with a plan and stuck to it. I came weekly they gave me gauze, tape and cleaning supplies and showed me how to do it myself in between visits. I am now completely healed and I can’t thank the staff at this clinic enough!
Tiffany by far is the best healthcare medical front desk personnel I have encountered. She made my reservation, check-in, and visit an efficient process. She is very knowledgeable and caring and was very sweet. She makes coming to the clinic comfortable and an easy process. Coming to a wound specialist clinic is scary in general but she made me deal at ease throughout the whole process.
