If you are doing a routine mammogram and do not need images sent anywhere, then this is a fine place to go. Everyone is nice and the wait was minimal. But if you need any other doctor to review your images or have them sent anywhere for an MRI, do not waste your time going here. They do not participate with any image sharing with hospitals whatsoever and will only be able to give you a CD that you have to pick up and deliver yourself. Not worth the run around.

I called about 3 times left 2 voicemails, no one has ever gotten back to me. Very disappointing as I was recommended to this place.

I chose this office to manage my pregnancy and I am happy that I did. The waiting time during the entire pregnancy did not exceed 10 minutes. At 40 weeks, no one forced me or offered to stimulate, which for me says a lot, because most often doctors insist on stimulation even without a real need. I am grateful to the doctors for their patience and concern. All the doctors are professional and competent. One of the doctors delivered the baby and it was a positive experience. Thanks to all the office staff for their work

This Mammogram center office is extremely nonresponsive when you call and leave repeated messages for them, Even when the situation is indicated as time sensitive, It may take many follow ups and many days to get a response. I have never had this degree of non-responsiveness with any other medical practice office of any type. I’m not sure what their problem is, but it’s very perturbing.

I called 12/26 made an apt for 1/6 for an ultrasound of my breast. Asked for all the apt info to be emailed to me as I was driving. Called and left a couple of voicemails. Specially Friday 1/3 and Sunday 1/5 because I didn’t receive an appointment confirmation or any appointment information. I am STILL waiting for a call back from my couple of voicemails that I left.
