Every single time I come here I am waiting ONE HOUR. Everyone else is waiting as well. It is ridiculous. STOP over scheduling patients at the same time. Not okay. Today the woman told me it would be "20-30min" and I waited ONE HOUR AND 20 MINUTES! They said if I got here at 7:30am I would get right in. It is packed with people already and they just opened.

I just called this center and was extremely disappointed by the experience. The customer service representative I spoke with was shockingly rude and dismissive. I simply had a few basic questions, but their attitude was impatient, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. I expected a minimum level of courtesy when reaching out for assistance, and this interaction fell far below that. Very upsetting.
I have always had a great experience here when I've gone in for my imaging check-ups. Mary in particular was so amazing when I called early in my pregnancy with lots of questions. She was so knowledgeable and patient with me!
